How Secure is my Payment and Personal Information?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used to process your transaction. Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of processing the transaction. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is a set of industry-mandated requirements for any business that handles, processes, or stores credit cards. The primary purpose of the standards is to maintain controls around cardholder data to reduce credit card fraud. Your sensitive card information is stored with our PCI-DSS compliant credit card processor and NOT with Gregory B. Levett & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory or 4g Software's Halcyon Platinum Solution™, the software provider of this payment portal. Unfortunately, no data transmission can be 100% guaranteed. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card information, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept payments from Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® and American Express® payment cards.

Where does my money go?

The full amount you pay is applied directly to the account you have selected. We will not accept a payment amount that would result in an overpayment of the account. You can rest assured that your payment has been applied directly to the balance of your or your loved one's end of life arrangements.

Is there an additional service charge to pay online?

No.

Is my payment tax deductible?

No.
