Terrance Caldwell

Terrance Caldwell 56 of Stockbridge GA passed away on June 25, 2019. On November 27th, 1962, in Mansfield, Ohio, the first son of Dora Caldwell and Curtis Caldwell was born. To this blessing the name Terrance Caldwell Sr. was given. Terrance spent his early childhood along the countryside in Mansfield, Ohio. He achieved his high school diploma from Lucus High School. After accomplishing this goal, he later enrolled in the United States of America Air Force in October of 1981. Terrance served his country for 3 years and 11 Months stateside. Throughout this duration, Terrance persevered using his strong work ethic, advancing from Senior Airman to Sergeant. In 1984, Terrance continued serving his country for 4 years overseas. He toured countries such as, Japan, Korea, Germany, England, and many more. During those last two years of his duty he served as an Air-Traffic Controller. In 1988, he completed his duty to our country. He was a Son of God before anything. Leading his children to have a relationship was Christ was a mission complete. He was a member of Higher Living Church. He took pride in being a loving husband to his beautiful Queen (Lisa Renee Caldwell) and father to his princess (Valencia Caldwell) and two loving sons (Terrance Avery Caldwell II and James Quinton Oliver) and one deceased (Curtis Edward Caldwell). He was a father figure to many family members and friends. He had a heart to share with the world! Harding working, dependable, humble and a servant of God characterized Terrance. He would not allow anyone to be a stranger to him. He was full of life, laughter and joy. His joyful spirit and love of life filled every room that he walked in and every life that he was in contact with. His gift of laughter is a memory that will be missed. After 35 years of service with the FAA, he retired and was able to pursue his love of travel. He enjoyed adventures and nature, one that took some convincing in attempts to pursue his rode dog (Lisa) to explore with him. Terrance loved being on the road and taking trips with his wife. He was able to tailgate at Falcon’s and Cowboys games, fish in Alaska, travel to see his grandson, tour in his RV,and take many trips to his favorite location, Aruba. After a long fulfilling life, he as called back home to God. He was survived by his wife of 17 years Lisa Renee Caldwell, children, Terrance A. (Kaitlyn) Caldwell II, Valencia K. D. Caldwell, James Q. Oliver, father, Curtis Lee Caldwell (Debbie), brothers, Randy (Gloria) Caldwell, Troy (Christy) Caldwell, brother-in-laws,Kenneth (Adana) Jenkins,Steve (Audrey)Blige, and Rashaun’ Blige, sister-in-laws, Tamika (Reginald) Gray, Stephanie Blige, aunt, Francine Small, the joy of his life, and only grandchild, Harris Lee Caldwell; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dora L Caldwell, father-in law, Steve Blige JR, sister, Cheryl Denise Bradley and first born Curtis. Celebration of Life Services will be held at Fountain of Life Church, 3372 Anvil Block Rd. Ellenwood, GA 30294 on Saturday July 6, 2019 at 11:00 AM.
