Randall Paul Bowles

Randy Paul Bowles was born on March 29, 1962 in Toledo, Ohio to Nancy Bowles. He attended Fremont Ross High school, where he graduated and went on to the Military and served in the United States Navy for his country. As a young boy, Randy enjoyed doing bible study with his Grandma Bowles and his other siblings. They would cheerfully walk around their kitchen banging pots and pans, while glorifying God by singing gospel songs. He had a strong upbringing in the Lord. His Grandfather Martin was a Reverend in a Pensacola Church, where he instilled the importance of the Bible in his grandson. That’s where Randy gained his foundation and love for his lord and savior, Jesus Christ. He never failed to spread the Love of Jesus to anyone who would be willing to listen. This didn’t exclude his time served abroad in the U.S. Navy. Randy Joined the Navy at age 17, in 1979 where he spent 9 months at sea abroad the Dwight D. Eisenhower #69 vessel during the Iran Hostage Crisis. He was later honorably discharged in 1984. He then found refuge in the state of Michigan, where he met his soon to be wife, Sandra. Once they moved to the state of Georgia they married and raised their family. Being the amazing, kindhearted man that he was, he took honor in raising her two sons Paul and Tommy Hass as his own children. While in Auburn, Georgia, he became an electrician working with the reputable Atlanta Journal Constitution. After many years of marriage, they would later be divorced in 1998. Love has a funny way of finding people when they least expect it. This was especially true for Randy. He met his second wife Marilyn, while working at the AJC. He decided to pursue Marilyn, and they both quickly fell head over heels in love with one another. This is when he was blessed with 2 additional daughters Tina and Bernice Stevens, who he raised and loved as his very own. He and Marilyn married in 2001, and made an amazing home in Dacula, Georgia. Randall and Marilyn took a love for their home church, Nation of Christ. He worked endlessly on constructing the new church building. As a valued member of N.O.C., he made many long-lasting memories with his church family. Randall was called home on the morning of July 22, 2021 and leaves to mourn his beloved mother Nancy, sisters Betty and Karen, Brother Danny, two sons Tom and Paul Hass, daughters Tina and Bernice Stevens, and grandbabies Devon, Zachary, Janiyah and Melrose, as well as a host of loving family and friends. He is preceded in death by his loving father, Carl DeLiberto, Grandmother and Grandfather Martin, and Grandfather and Grandmother Bowles, and niece Tracy. Randall was truly the definition of a kind and genuine soul. He touched many peoples lives in an amazing and positive way. Whether it be him speaking on his Lord and savior, to explaining the mechanics of a vehicle, he never ceased to spread and share his vast knowledge. He will be greatly missed.
