    Willis Snow III

    February 22, 1967 - January 24, 2022

Willis Snow III was born on February 22, 1967 to Willis Snow Jr. and the late Georgia Mae Snow. He graduated from Lake Weir High school in Ocala, FL in 1985. He entered the United States Air Force after high school and served for 12 years in Denver, Pensacola, and Guam. Upon leaving the Air Force he moved to Atlanta and eventually settled in Lawrenceville, GA working at General Electric. For the past 18 years he worked for Hottinger, Brüel & Kjaer as a Senior Service Engineer. He repaired and calibrated instruments used for making sound and vibration measurements. He loved his job and the people he worked with. Willis was so full of life and made many friends throughout the years. He took the time to enjoy life and enjoy the people in his life whether it be spending the day boating on the lake, taking in a concert, a game, or just simply sitting on his front porch enjoying the nice weather. Willis lived a healthy lifestyle and enjoyed his daily walks. He would walk up to 8 miles per day. On any given day when the sun is shining you would see him taking his motorcycle out for a long drive. If you asked Willis what was his greatest accomplishment in life, he would not hesitate to answer. He would tell you his daughter Adrien was his pride and joy. He was her biggest fan. He enjoyed spending time with her going out for a bite to eat or just hanging out enjoying each other’s company. He was so proud of the young lady that she has become. On January 24, 2022, Willis was called Home. Let us all treasure the memories we had with Willis and know that he is smiling down on us all. Willis is survived by his loving daughter Adrien Snow of Columbus, GA; father Willis Snow Jr. of Weirsdale, FL.
