ROCKDALE CHAPEL 1999 Hwy 138 SE Conyers, Ga. 30013 (770)285-6673 On our Lord’s day of May 01, 1938, Harold Taylor was born to the late Carlton & Ola Taylor. He transitioned from this life and was called home on Friday, October 15, 2021. Harold is the first male born of three brothers and was cherished by his five sisters as well. They all gave him love and support, throughout his life. Harold was born in Buena Vista, Georgia and later relocated with his family to Reynoldstown. Attended, and graduated from David T. Howard High School in Atlanta. He always believed in maintaining employment and financial independence. A true blessing was bestowed upon him when he became employed by Kraft Foods Inc., and remained for twenty-five years. At which he accepted an early retirement offer from this company. He never put himself first and always supported his family, in their pursuit of life’s blessings and opportunities. His sacrifices, for his family, will always be appreciated and never forgotten. Three of his favorite past-times were watching football, baseball, and the news to stay informed. Also, he always encouraged his children and grandchildren to seek the highest education, to understand the importance of patience, and to make smart choices. Harold Taylor was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He and his wife are proud to be members of First Comfort Missionary Baptist Church; Founder: Rev. Dr. Noel Battle. Brother Taylor has lived his life, in the most respectable, caring and kind way, imaginable. There was never a task that he would not tackle, and make all attempts to resolve.
