It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our dear brother Charles “Amir” “Chucky” Heston Pinkman,who was an amazing Son,brother,husband, father,companion, cousin,friend, mentor,AMAZING HUMAN BEING. “Charles “Amir” was born to late Carter & Margaret Pinkman on December 26,1962. He is survived by his son Yasir Pinkman, Johns Creeks, GA. He has 4 siblings. He was the youngest son. His brother Carter Pinkman Jr. resides in Morris township, NJ, sister Margaret Sheila “Penny” Pinkman, Morristown, NJ, Brother Peter Pinkman, preceded him in death, sister Patricia Pinkman, Charlottes, NC. Ex- wives Marcia Pinkman Johns Creeks GA, Tony Reed Pinkman, NJ. Charles moved to GA 29 years ago. Charles graduated from Morristown High school and received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Upsala College. He began his professional career with AT&T communications in Morristown, NJ, then transferred to Charlotte, NC, a few years later he transferred to Atlanta, GA. After many years in the communication industry, he decided to change his career path to finance in the mortgage and banking industry where he held many positions. He also was an entrepreneur while working for corporate America. He followed the fine example set by his father by having his own businesses, Charles had several businesses at one time. His most gratifying and successful business for the past 15 plus years was in Health and Wellness, he became a certified nutritionist and health coach. This was one of his greatest accomplishments. He made a major impact on so many by educating his clients to maintain a natural wholistic lifestyle. He personally witnesses countless health improvements to many of his clients. He had a large client base following his Golden Moringa USA and Golden Leaf Organic Teas. He did festival on a regular basis in the Atlanta area. People traveled from all over the Atlanta area to attend to buy his products and receive free consultation September 13,2025 was the last festival he did, he had 6 more festivals to do this year. The Pinkman family plans on keeping his business and legacy going. Charles touched the lives of so many with his profound sense of humor, warmth, creativity, a people person, his personality was full of life although he was short in stature, he was a giant in every aspect of his life. His friendship were so diverse, he traveled the entire US, the Caribbean Islands and internationally through the years to Kenya, Peru, Brazil, Panama, Mexico, Paris, London just to name a few Charles was generous to family, friends’ acquaintances and possessed the ability to connect to just about anyone he met. His network of friends was larger than life. He was known as the “mayor” he had over 1,100 contacts in his personal phone. He had a brilliant mind, he loved reading, his library was full, he was quick witted, gift to gab. He had a rare gift of building community wherever he found himself. He became so health conscious that he decided to have a vegetable and fruit garden to ensure he was eating healthily. He and his good friend Phil had an informative Podcast that talked about health, food, finance, owning property and harvesting your own food. He was working on having a farm. Please check out their Podcast on YouTube Phil and Amir Wake Up. He had so many natural talents, gifts to gab, outstanding athlete, loved to dance, love of house music and jazz. He was a sports enthusiast Basketball, Football, Baseball, Tennis, Boxing, Track and Field. Every Sunday, during Football season he would meet up with the fellas at Dave and Busters to watch the games and talk junk. His son Yasir also loves sports. He passed away suddenly on September 14, 2025, after having a awesome day doing what he loved best conversing with customers giving advice about health and wellness at the International Night Market of downtown Lawrenceville, GA festival. His memory will live on with all of the nuggets he would share, here’s one of his favorite quotes “This is the Best day of my life” when someone would ask, how you doing? We all look forward to, the day we all will be reunited in perfect health and happiness.
