Ceandra Nicole Barthe

The heavenly gift of CeAndra Nicole Barthe’ was manifested in Atlanta, Georgia at Piedmont Hospital, to Albert Barthe’ and Tiffany Holloway Barthe’ on September 15, 1997. CeAndra was a sweet and reserved child in her early years, forming strong bonds with her siblings, cousins, and grandparents. Many words have been used to describe CeAndra: conscientious, strong, charismatic, smart, wise, and sometimes displaying a sarcastic sense of humor. CeAndra received her formal education from the Dekalb County Board of Education School System. She attended Sky Haven Elementary, making her way to Bethune Middle School and finally graduating from Columbia High School. CeAndra continued her education at Savannah State University in Savannah, GA. While attending school at Savannah State University she pledged and became a member of the Rho Beta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. She was the tail of her line. She leaves behind her Spring 18’ Line Sisters Alexandria, Michole, Jeronia, Stacey, Mariah and Amber. CeAndra graduated from Savannah State University in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work. CeAndra started a career with Delta Airlines and soon retired after accepting a career with the State of Georgia as a case manager in the Department of Human Resources Division. Her passion and dream was to become a social worker for the State of Georgia. CeAndra accepted Christ as her Savior at an early age and knew and loved the Lord. It was her faith that allowed her to face her cancer diagnosis with courage and grace. CeAndra simply stated that she would make the best of the life she has left! She lived her last days with love, determination, laughter and strength. She is our SHERO! What God does…...? He picks the ripe and he leaves behind the unripe to be ripened. God plucked CeAndra, as she was certainly not a stranger to him. On March 22, 2024, CeAndra Nicole Barthe’ laid her life down to rest, eternally. For we know not when; but surely, we know that there is a season to be born and a season to die. This is in God’s hands. CeAndra was proceeded in death by her biological father Charles Brown, her mother Tiffany Holloway Barthe’, her grandmother Linda Barthe’. She leaves to cherish in her memory, her father Albert Barthe’, Bonus mom Tene Jones Barthe’, two sisters Jasmine Barthe’ and Kendal Goode, six grandparents Jimmy Holloway, Flora Holloway, Fausteena Barthe’, Hurchail Barthe’, Charles Brown Sr., Yvonne Brown, sixteen aunts and uncles Bertha Holloway, Frankie Brown, Norma McCormick, Karol Pembrick, Sheila (Juan) Cousins, Stanley Holloway, Latasha Holloway, Tim Ward, Alicia Ward, Marty Allen, Elayna Allen, Gregory Barthe’, DeAngela Barthe’, Jennifer Barthe’ , Hubert Gibbs, Nyree Gibbs, a plethora of cousins, LaPorshe Thornton, Hanna Lockett, Briana (Jimmy) Harvey, Victoria Lowery, Atoria Lowrey, Audrey Brown, Autumn Lindsey, Arthur “AJ” Brown, Bonzola Brown-Evans, Shandre Brown, Chris Brown, Annett Brown, Loran (Chiquita) McCormick, Lance (Lauren) McCormick, Valisa Richardson, Issac Richardson, Lorenzo Lloyd, Christie (Antonio) Caffey, Christian Caffey, Kyndall Caffey, Revius Adams, Grant Holloway, Lance Holloway, Brett Barthe’, Erin Prevost, Keith Prevost Jr., Jonathan Ward, Tim Ward Jr., Chris Ward, Jyahrel Ward, Duvall Gibbs, Deniro Gibbs, Kevin Kinnel, Jalen Mitchell, Jamya Mitchell a host of other family, friends, associates and coworkers. “To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven; a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;” Ecclesiastes 3: 1-2
