Brittany Nicole Hightower

Brittany Nicole Hightower was born in Atlanta, Georgia to Antonio Lamar Hightower and Kuatania Coleman on February 21, 1990. She married Quadrell Kevin Scott Carter of Atlanta, Georgia. Brittany graduated from Destiny Academy in 2009, she also achieved a CDA Certification and attended MIT Training. She was the “Founder of A Love Within Foundation” (Speak Out, Seek Out, Reach Out, against all mental illness). She was a Certified Educator for Pre-School Education. As a youth, she enjoyed cheerleading and dancing. Brittany was a beloved member of The 3D Church where she accepted Christ and was baptized under the leadership of Senior Pastor John W. Elmore, III and Co-Pastor Terrie Elmore. On Thursday, April 22, 2021, God called home his precious child. Brittany was preceded in death by her two children Quamello Carter and Rita Carter; her father Antonio Lamar Hightower. Brittany leaves to cherish her legacy three beautiful daughters Tierra Fuller, Teanna Fuller, and Kamaria Carter; her mother Kuatania (Kelvin) Coleman; her husband Quadrell Kevin Scott Carter; Grandparents Bo Johnson, Annadelle Harris, Jimmy Harris, Gwen Nowell and Joe Nowell; Siblings Bianca (Daquan) Hightower Edwards, Kayla Johnson, Dmarcus Favors, D’Quavious Favors, Vannekia Hightower, Evangelest Shoemake, Darryl (Jasmin) Burke, Kierra McBride, and Britnee Williams; Aunts Shamika Chisom, Sigourney King, Takisha Williams, Earnestine Hightower, Tameka Hightower, and Ciandrea Davis; Uncles Tay Johnson, Maurice Williams, Kenyama Smith, and Alfonso Hightower; and her nephews and nieces Daquan Hightower, D’Meko Favor, Darryl Burke, Jr, D’Miya Favors, Mckenzie Burke, Lily Burke, Emperess Shoemake, and Kiymoney Favors; and a host of loving cousins, friends and extended family. A Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Hightower will be held at 1:00PM, Saturday, May 1, 2021, at The 3-D Church 2244 Panola Road, Lithonia, GA 30058. Mrs. Hightower will be laid to rest at Resthaven Gardens of Memory, Decatur, GA. Visitation will be held 12:00PM-6:00PM Friday, April 30, 2021 at our SOUTH DEKALB Chapel.
